Blair Dunlop is an award-winning British singer-songwriter and guitarist who has released five studio albums and a live record, touring extensively around the world. While his achievements in a relatively short career are impressive, it is his lyrical depth and musical maturity that truly set him apart from his peers.

His third album Gilded (2016), released on his own label Gilded Wings, was widely acclaimed and earned BBC Radio 2 playlist status for the singles “The Egoist” and “356”. This followed the success of House of Jacks (2014), which built on the promise of his debut Blight and Blossom (2012) — an album that helped secure him the BBC Radio 2 Horizon Award.

Dunlop has firmly established himself as one of Britain’s most compelling contemporary artists. This tour promotes his sixth album, a catalogue defined by craftsmanship, curiosity and an unwavering commitment to the song itself. At the heart of What Still Survives lies a meditation on endurance—what remains after upheaval, what survives the passage of time, and what continues to connect us. Throughout the record, Dunlop reflects on the creative forces that shaped him, from the British folk tradition he grew up within, to the great songwriters of America’s West Coast.
