The NCEM offers a warm welcome to everyone. ACCESS SCHEME

To ensure that the entire community can access our events the NCEM offer a complimentary ticket to an essential personal assistant. To qualify, you should either have a valid CredAbility Access Card with the +1 symbol, or join our access scheme by completing the attached Personal Assistant Application Form below.

To qualify for the concession we ask to see a copy of one of the following:

• Front page of a Disability Living Allowance or PIP document
• Certificate of Visual Impairment

Feel free to cross out reference numbers and amounts. The details provided are kept secure, treated confidentially, and used only to process your application. Documents can be scanned and attached to your form if e-mailing, or photocopied for applications made in person or by mail.

An essential personal assistant must be able to provide you with the appropriate assistance which might include:

• Assisting you in moving around the venue
• Helping you to evacuate the venue in case of an emergency
• Accompanying and/or assisting you in using the venue facilities
• Assisting in purchasing refreshments

If you have previously booked a personal assistant ticket using this process, then you will not be required to complete the form again. Please contact the Box Office and we will be able to access your previous sales record, which will be sufficient for repeat bookers.
