National Centre for Early Music is the trading name of the York Early Music Foundation, registered charity no: 1068331

1. Use of the National Centre for Early Music (NCEM) website (www.ncem.co.uk)

1.1 By using and/or visiting the NCEM website you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions.

1.2 NCEM may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions and any related policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

2. Conditions of Sale

Every member of the audience, including children where applicable, must have a valid ticket

Latecomers may be admitted on the advice of the perfomers, but this cannot be guaranteed

Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience

NCEM reserves the right to refuse admission or attendance to any patron

Children may not be admitted to some events

NCEM reserves the right to limit the number of concessionary tickets available at any performance

Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment should be silenced before entering the auditorium

 NCEM reserves the right to make any alterations to an advertised programme rendered necessary by unavoidable causes.

Tickets must not be re-sold for profit or commercial gain by any outlet other than NCEM. Failure to comply will make tickets void. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Linking

3.1 www.ncem.co.uk may have links to other websites. NCEM is not responsible for the contents, nor does it warrant the accuracy or reliability of any linked website.
