York Early Music Festival 2014

Thursday 10th - Saturday 19th July
Celebrating - The Echoes of Spain
 
Guest artists scheduled to join us include Jordi Savall and Hesperion XXI; the Spanish Zapico brothers; Cardinall's Musicke; Ensemble Gilles Binchois from France and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.
Highlights will include the York Cycle of Mystery Plays presented on wagons in the streets of York on Sunday 13th and 20th July - for details of York Mystery Plays click here

Please note that the Festival runs a week later than usual in order to accommodate the Tour de France  which departs from York earlier in the month.
