Hire Rates

Church (Maximum Seating Capacity 180)
 £200.00 + VAT for a half day (8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm)
 £350.00 + VAT for a full day (8am - 6pm)                     
 £300.00 + VAT (Saturday Morning 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm)

Meeting Room (Round Tables 10 and Theatre Style 20)
£75.00 + VAT for a half day (3 hour session)
£150.00 + VAT for a full day (8am - 6pm)
£25.00 + VAT per hour between 9am and 6pm

Prices for refreshments, Powerpoint and a PA system will be incurred.

 
Daily Delegate Rate

Our daily delegate rate for conferences is £37.50 + VAT per person. This rate includes: 

  • Hire of the NCEM
  • LCD Projector, Laptop and Screen
  • Free wi-fi throughout the building
  • Tie clip microphone
  • Interactive White Board
  • Flipcharts and 1 pad per chart
  • Notepads and pencils
  • Morning coffee and biscuits on arrival
  • Mid-morning coffee and biscuits
  • Finger buffet lunch
  • Afternoon tea and biscuits
