a slow air
An exhibition by Thomas A Clark and Diane Howse
Sunday 29 January - Tuesday 21 March | NCEM Exhibition Room
Scottish poet Thomas A Clark and Diane Howse have worked together collaboratively on many projects and their work can be seen throughout the NCEM. "a slow air" marks their latest collaboration through a beautiful sequence of photographs of Red Kites soaring in flight over the Harewood Estate or, as described by Thomas: "the birds float and soar over the unseen landscape, their flight describing the contours of a fiddle tune" - a traditional Slow Air.
